We search for organic grapes grown by small agricultural realities throughout Italy, re-evaluating them in a productive and economic key.

We vinify our wines respecting the raw material through spontaneous fermentation that aims to enhance the origin of the territory.

Our wines have different origins but common philosophies and intentions. Alive and genuine wines that aim to build a social network in the area where they are produced.

THE PROJECT

Who we are

We decided to make wine having neither a vineyard nor a cellar. We buy grapes, grown with the respect for the soil and for the environment, and make wine at local wineries that share an idea of wine as an expression of a landscape and as a promoter of conviviality.

OUR WINES

Our wines

Our wines are the result of collaborations with agricultural realities and artisan producers. By purchasing grapes at a fair price and renting space in cellars, we promote a connection between virtuous farmers and small wineries. All of our wines are wild-fermented, unfiltered, and when it’s possible, they present any added sulphites.
